PDA Program Guide Available

Final Digest Paper Submission (Click here to go to the submissions site)

Authors of technical paper summary submissions accepted for presentation at the symposium must submit a “Final” manuscript electronically no later than March 7, 2008. 

Email notifications of paper dispositions were emailed to authors on Jan 26, 2008. Dispositions inquiries may also be made at the submission website by selecting “Inquire about a Previous Final Digest Paper Submission” from the dropdown list. You will need to enter your registration key in order to identify your submission.

II. Final Manuscript Submission:

1. You will need to use the IEEE PDF eXpress site (conference ID: ims08) to convert your manuscript to an IEEE Xplore compliant PDF or to verify that your own PDF is compatible before uploading.
2. It is important that you read the instructions before uploading. (QUICK, FULL)
3. Completion of the final manuscript submission process is ESSENTIAL even if your paper is unchanged from the original summary submission. Please remove all page numbers from your final manuscript.
4. Note that papers cannot be published without completion of the IEEE Copyright Form. This will be completed electronically as part of the final manuscript submission process.
5. Go to the SUBMISSION WEBSITE to begin the final manuscript submission. You will need the 12-character Registration Key issued when you submitted the original summary.
6. The final date for manuscript submissions is MARCH 7th, 2008
